Cat George was born and raised in North Carolina on the border of South Carolina in a southern community. Currently resides in Savannah, Georgia. Cat is appreciative of all life has given her and excited to see where she will go from here. Cat works mainly in watercolor and digital media though has studied in other mediums. Over the summer of 2020 she was fortunate enough to complete an internship with KOHL’S as a seasonal home goods artist which has now lead to a full time position offer. Starting August 2021 Cat will be working as an Assistant Artist for KOHL’s.

Cat loves to work in natural subjects and any form of life. Her goal in her work is to create something that brings peace when viewed or sparks some kind of joy. Through working with surface design and pattern work she can learn and grow from this ever changing world of trends. SCAD has given her a strong foundation with amazing professors where she was able to refine her craft and create a start on her professional path.
